We work with solid surface materials including Corian and Hanex for countertops, vanity units and bespoke features, cutting, shaping, routing and finishing everything in our Redruth workshop. Keeping fabrication in-house gives us direct control over quality and lead times, rather than depending on an external supplier to deliver to our standard and our programme.
Solid surface is a non-porous, repairable composite material that can be fabricated to any dimension, shape or edge profile. It is a practical alternative to natural stone where cost, sourcing or brittleness would be a problem, and its antibacterial, non-porous properties make it well suited to settings where hygiene matters: commercial kitchens, bars, dental surgeries, washrooms, hotel bathrooms and laboratory environments. Unlike stone, surface scratches and minor damage can usually be sanded out, which is a meaningful advantage in spaces that take heavy daily use.

Integral sinks, seamless joints and stand-alone supply.
Integral sinks and draining areas can be incorporated into any surface with seamless joints that are easy to clean and maintain. We produce integral sink bowls as part of the fabrication process in our workshop, rather than fitting prefabricated units after the fact. The result is a cleaner finish and a more hygienic surface.
We fabricate and install as part of our own fit-out projects, and we also take on stand-alone commissions for contractors, designers and direct clients who need reliable solid surface work without the in-house capability to produce it. RRW are certified Corian fabricators and also work with Hanex. We are happy to advise on material selection depending on the application, the colour range required and the budget.

Templating and Design
We visit the site and template the space accurately before any cutting begins. For bespoke shapes, curved edges or integrated features, accurate templating is what makes the difference between a clean result and a visible gap.
In-House Fabrication
All cutting, routing, thermoforming and finishing is carried out in our Redruth workshop. We work to tight tolerances and produce components ready for a minimal-joint installation.
Integral Sinks and Features
Integral sinks, draining areas and built-in features are fabricated as part of the surface rather than added afterwards. Joints are seamless and the finished surface is straightforward to clean and maintain.
Installation
We install all fabricated components, including any plumbing connections. Joints are finished to an invisible standard and we leave the surface clean and ready for use.
