From demolition and strip-out through to a finished space ready to trade, RRW works as main contractor across the full scope of a shopfit. That means taking responsibility for the whole project: partitions, flooring, ceilings, M&E coordination, decorating and joinery, all managed by us. We work closely with designers and architects to deliver to specification and coordinate every trade on site, so you deal with one contractor rather than several.
We have fitted out shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, pubs, hotels, showrooms, offices and public buildings across Cornwall and beyond. The challenges on each job are always different, but the goal is always the same: a finished space that works for your business and your customers.

The majority of the joinery and fitted furniture for any shopfit we take on is manufactured in our Redruth workshop before it goes near a site. Counters, shelving, bar fronts, point of sale fixtures, seating and cabinetry are all built in-house, which keeps quality consistent, lead times predictable and costs competitive.
When we are on site, we work to a clear programme and plan around your operational requirements where possible. We hold SMAS Worksafe certification, our team carries City and Guilds accreditations, and we build to current building regulations on every project.
What a shopfit with RRW involves
Survey and Design
We visit the site, take measurements and spend time understanding your brief, your brand and how the space needs to work. We produce a design proposal for your review before anything is ordered or built. We can work from existing plans or start from scratch.
Workshop Manufacture
Bespoke joinery, display furniture, counters, shelving, seating frames and fittings are manufactured in our Redruth workshop using commercial grade materials. Components are checked before they leave.
Trade Coordination
As main contractor we procure and manage all trades on site, including electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling systems and decorating. We also coordinate with appointed designers and architects throughout.
Installation and Handover
Our team installs all joinery and manages the programme to completion. We hand over a clean, finished space, ready for trading, with all relevant compliance documentation.
