Everything is designed for the specific setting it is going into. We start with accurate measurements and a conversation, then we design and build to that brief.
For commercial clients, that includes bars, back bars, cafe and retail counters, point of sale displays, retail shelving and wall systems, reception desks, feature walls, wall panelling, booth and banquette frames, storage and cabinetry.
For residential clients we cover fitted wardrobes, alcove units, bookcases, media walls, home offices, TV units and hidden door joinery.
How we make it
Quality materials, skilled joinery.
We use commercial grade materials throughout: hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, plywoods and laminates, sourced from trade suppliers we have worked with for years. We have CNC routing capability in-house for components that require tight tolerances, alongside skilled hand finishing for the details machinery cannot replicate.
Our team includes City and Guilds accredited joiners and craftspeople with decades of experience. The standard of workmanship is consistent whether the project is a bar counter for a restaurant or a set of alcove shelves for a living room.
How a bespoke joinery project works
Consultation and Design
We start with a site visit and a conversation about what the joinery needs to do. We discuss materials, finishes, dimensions and budget before producing a design proposal for your review.
Material Specification
We advise on the right materials for the application: appearance, durability and cost. We work with hardwoods, softwoods, MDF, plywoods, laminates and solid surface, sourced from trade suppliers we have used for years.
Workshop Manufacture
All joinery is made in our Redruth workshop using CNC machinery and hand finishing. Components are quality-checked before they leave. What arrives on site is ready to install.
Installation
Our own team handles the installation. We work to the agreed programme, leave the site clean at the end of each day and deliver the finished result.
