Precision CNC cutting
We run CNC routing in-house, both for our own joinery and fit-out projects and as a standalone service for other trades, designers and direct clients who need reliable CNC output without the machinery to produce it themselves. Having that capability in-house means we can produce components to tight tolerances without depending on an external supplier, which keeps lead times short and quality under our direct control.
We work with sheet materials including MDF, plywood, hardwood and foam. Typical applications include joinery components, retail display fixtures, plinths, cut-out signage panels, architectural features, templates and jigs. We cut to any shape or profile from a supplied DXF file or drawing, and we review files before cutting to flag anything that might affect the toolpath or the finished result.

Edgebanding, panel processing and trade supply.
Alongside CNC routing we offer an edgebanding service to complement our panel cutting work. If you need components cut, profiled and edgebanded ready for assembly or installation, we can provide that as a complete package rather than a series of separate jobs.
If you are a contractor, joiner, interior designer or fabricator who needs reliable CNC output at a competitive price, send us your drawings and we will provide a quote by return. We are used to working with files at varying stages of completion and can advise on the best approach where the file needs work before it is ready to cut.

File Review and Preparation
We review your DXF files or drawings before cutting and advise on any adjustments needed to optimise the toolpath and minimise waste. We can work with files at different stages and help get them production-ready.
Material Supply
We can supply sheet material from our regular trade accounts, or cut from material you provide. We advise on the most suitable material for your application in terms of finish, structural properties and cost.
CNC Cutting, Routing and Drilling
Precision cutting to your specified dimensions and profiles, including shaped edges, internal cutouts, pocket routing and drill locations. Consistent tolerances across batch runs.
Edgebanding and Panel Processing
Edgebanding to complement CNC and panel cutting. Components can be supplied cut, routed and edgebanded ready for assembly. Collection from our Redruth workshop or local delivery can be arranged.
