Interior fit-out covers bars, restaurants, cafes, offices and commercial spaces of all kinds. RRW typically operates as main contractor on these projects, taking responsibility for the full scope from strip-out through to a finished, compliant space ready to trade. We manage all trades on site and can take on the full package where needed, including appointing interior designers and coordinating specialist subcontractors.
If you already have a designer in place, we are experienced at working from an existing specification and maintaining that relationship productively throughout the build phase. You deal with us, and we deal with everyone else.
How we work

Interior fit-out projects involve multiple trades, tight deadlines and a finished result that has to perform commercially from day one. Having our own manufacturing capability in Redruth means we are not dependent on external joinery suppliers when the programme is under pressure. Most of the furniture and joinery for any fit-out we take on is built in our own workshop, which keeps quality under our direct control and reduces the number of moving parts we are managing on site.
We have completed fit-outs for restaurants, bars, hotel dining rooms, offices, leisure facilities and public buildings across Cornwall, from single-room refurbishments to complete interiors across multiple floors. We are SMAS Worksafe certified, hold City and Guilds accreditations and carry full commercial and public liability insurance.
How an interior fit-out works with RRW
Site Survey and Brief
We visit the premises, take accurate measurements and spend time understanding how the space needs to work operationally before we design anything. We ask questions before we draw.
Design and Planning
We produce a design proposal that reflects your brief, your budget and the operational requirements of the space. We work through any revisions until you are satisfied, then proceed to manufacture and build.
Manufacture and Trade Coordination
Bespoke joinery and furniture are made in our Redruth workshop. We coordinate all site trades, including electrical, plumbing, flooring and ceilings, managing the programme throughout.
Installation and Completion
Our team manages the installation to programme. We hand over a finished, clean space with all compliance documentation. If anything needs addressing after handover, we address it.
